Based out of Texas,  Heather Riley is the owner and head event planner that has successfully grown her brand to become a lifestyle.  Heather began her career in party planning more than 7 years ago by creating custom parties for social events in the Southern Texas region. Her clients recognized her creativity and dedication and at their urging, she officially opened Custom Staffing and Events in 2014. She has since planned celebrations all over the Country.

Today, Heather and her amazing team are innovators and trendsetters best known for their creative ideas, unexpected décor accents and exquisite attention to every last detail. Heather's bubbly personality and calm demeanor help her clients relax as she creates one-of-a-kind parties of their dreams. Her experienced team is capable of planning everything from a party of two to a party for thousands. No matter the number of guests, Heather's events are stylish, personalized and unforgettable.

She is well-known for creating Weddings, Corporate Parties, Residential Parties, and Baby Showers for clients, as well as having her team be an "all-in-one" service team. 

In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family (Husband, Girls (8 Years and 2 Years), 6  year old son, bulldog and 2 mastiffs,  shopping for cruelty-free makeup and clothes,(every Sunday, rain or shine!), and reading articles for new ideas and inspiration. She also donates her time to the Animal Shelters in South Texas, a place close to Heather's heart.
